Dean Brandstetter has been practicing law in Idaho for over 25 years. He graduated with Bachelor of Science Degrees in Business Marketing and Management from the University of Idaho in 1979. He received his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Idaho in 1982. He is a member of the Idaho Trial Lawyers Association, the American Bar Association, is a member of the Family Law section of the Idaho Bar Association. He is licensed to practice in Idaho, The United States District Court for the District of Idaho, and The Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. During his extensive career practicing law in southeastern Idaho, he has focused on cases involving domestic relations, family law, divorce, child custody, child support, commercial and criminal law. John M. Ohman is a certified civil trial specialist. He received his BSBA and Juris Doctor degrees from Creighton University in Omaha, Nebraska, and has received many honors during his nearly 40 years as a licensed attorney in Idaho. His many accomplishments include a consistent “A” rating from the Martindale-Hubbell Legal Directory, and memberships in the “Outstanding Lawyers of America” and “Super Lawyers” organizations. He is an active contributor to a wide range of local charitable organizations and activities, has formerly served as an Officer in the United States Army, and has been appointed and served as Chairman of the Idaho Transportation Board. As a member in the Litigation and Tort and Insurance Practice sections of the American Association of Justice, he puts his distinguished experience to work for his clients in matters, including trial and appellate practice. He is a member of the Idaho and Nebraska State Bars, the Unites States District Courts, the United States Court of Appeals, and the United States Supreme Court.
